Process Engineer - Injection Mold Specialist

This opportunity is for a leading designer and manufacturer of consumable products and instruments.  In this role you would be responsible for supporting Manufacturing Operations through application of root cause analysis, disciplined problem solving, continuous improvement mindset, focus on waste reduction, communication and project management skills. This position will participate in and/or lead cross functional teams focused on new product launches, process improvement projects, capital and automation projects, supply chain improvement initiatives.  

A great candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plastics Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project/Process Engineering within the injection molding industry.

Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical - Project Engineer, you will provide design and maintenance support for equipment, facilities, and manufacturing processes for all of the company facilities. This includes the ongoing evaluation and upgrading of existing equipment and facilities as well as the design and development of new equipment to meet Company and customer needs.

In this role you will Design and develop new systems and equipment, including control panels, PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, and historical data collection. Oversee all phases of fabrication and installation of these controls systems. An BS in Electrical Engineering is required.

Electrical Automation Product Specialist

In this role you are responsible for driving growth of electrical automation product lines through a combination of technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic market development with outside sales representatives and sales leadership. This role combines responsibilities of sales enablement, business development and technical support. It bridges the gap between sales and engineering by supporting sales representatives, training internal and external customers, and promoting automation solutions that improve performance and productivity.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of automation products with the ability to develop relationships, identify customer opportunities and make professional presentations. Has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). As well as 3–7 years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or technical sales — preferably within a distributor or manufacturer environment. 

Electrical Control Panel Fabricator

Fusion Industrial Group is actively searching for an Electrical Control Panel Fabricator. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components into Control Panel Enclosures. 

An ideal candidate would have the ability to use standard tape measure to mark drilling and cutting locations, be comfortable using basic shop tools, and have familiarity with basic electrical circuit operation and ability to read electrical schematics. Prior fabrication and/or electrical panel wiring experience is a plus.
